Plurals - with some nouns the core word does not change.

poissons	fish	fish	The fishermen unloaded the fish from their boat.	Les pêcheurs ont déchargé les poissons de leur bateau.
gaz	gas	gas	John, put gas in all the cars.	John, a mis le gaz dans toutes les voitures.
cerfs communs	deer	deer	There were ten deer in the meadow.	Il y avait dix cerfs communs dans le pré.

Plurals - with some nouns the word does not change.

Plurals - if a noun ends in a "y", change the "y" to "i" and add "es."

Plurals - Nouns ending in "o", some form the plural by adding "s" others by adding "es."

Plurals - If a noun ends in "f," change the "f" to "v." (but not in all cases)
